Method

1.Combine strawberries, sugar and lemon juice in a food processor and process until smooth. Divide mixture between eight 1/4-cup ice-block moulds.
2.Cut ice-cream into eight, in same shape as moulds but shorter and narrower. Push into moulds, so strawberry comes up sides. Insert an ice-block stick in centre of each. Freeze for 6 hours before serving.

You can vary this recipe by using raspberries or chocolate ice-cream.
