Method

1.To make icing, place egg-white in small bowl, stir in sifted icing sugar in about three batches. Stir in enough lemon juice to make icing spreadable.
2.Spread flat sides of biscuits evenly with icing. Use Smarties and jelly beans to decorate biscuits. Stand biscuits about 10 minutes or until set.
