Ingredients

250 gram packet milk arrowroot biscuits

50 gram smarties

16 black and red jelly beans, halved lengthways

1 egg-white

1 1/2 cup (240g) icing sugar

2 teaspoon lemon juice, strained

Method

1.To make icing, place egg-white in small bowl, stir in sifted icing sugar in about three batches. Stir in enough lemon juice to make icing spreadable.

2.Spread flat sides of biscuits evenly with icing. Use Smarties and jelly beans to decorate biscuits. Stand biscuits about 10 minutes or until set.
