1.Preheat oven to moderate, 180°C. Arrange 4 x 3/4-cup ramekins on a baking tray.
2.In a medium bowl, combine oats, flour, sugar and coconut.
3.In a small pan, combine butter and golden syrup. Stir over low heat for 2-3 minutes, until melted.
4.In a small jug, combine water and bicarbonate of soda. Stir into butter mixture. Pour into dry ingredients. Mix well.
5.In a medium bowl, combine plums and apples. Spoon an equal amount into each of the ramekins. Sprinkle evenly with biscuit mixture.
6.Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden. Serve with ice-cream.
Don’t have ramekins? Use teacups, but make sure they’re ovenproof.
