Ingredients

Soda Press Co old fashioned lemonade syrup

water, filtered if possible

lemon zest or slices

Method

1.Mix one part Soda Press Co old fashioned lemonade syrup to six parts water (filtered if possible). Take finely grated lemon zest, or a small triangle-shaped slice of lemon, and place in bottom of iceblock mould, repeat.

2.Fill the moulds with the lemonade mixture and freeze.
