Method
1.In a blender or food processor, combine melon, sugar and juice. Process until smooth.
2.Pour mixture into a large, shallow baking dish. Freeze 1 1/2 hours, until almost completely frozen. Scrape a fork along the surface to create small ice crystals.
3.Return to freezer 1 hour, until completely frozen. Scrape again until all the mixture resembles ice crystals. Serve in small cups or glasses with fresh fruit.
We used fresh summer fruits, including watermelon, mango, rockmelon, pineapple and lychees.
