Ingredients

Method

1.Preheat oven to moderate, 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
2.Use a teaspoon to scoop out the centre core and seeds of each pear to make a hollow. Place pear halves on prepared tray.
3.Spoon ricotta into the hollows in pear halves. Sprinkle with muesli and drizzle with honey.
4.Bake 20-25 minutes, or until pears are tender and muesli is golden and crisp. Divide pears among serving plates. Drizzle with pan juices. Serve with a dollop of yoghurt.

Maple or golden syrup can be used instead of honey.
