Method
1.In a bowl, combine peaches, nectarines and strawberries. Drizzle marsala over and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Mix well and set aside for 30 minutes.
2.Heat a char-grill or barbecue plate on medium. Strain fruit, reserving marinade. Char-grill fruit for 2 minutes each side until tender. Set aside.
3.Meanwhile, heat reserved marinade and butter in a small frying pan on barbecue. Simmer over heat for 4-5 minutes, until thickened slightly. Serve fruit with vanilla ice-cream, drizzled with sauce.
You can use other fruit such as pineapple, mango or banana, if preferred.
