Ingredients: Fruit kebabs; 1 punnet strawberries; 1/2 rockmelon, peeled, seeded, cut into chunks; 1/4 seedless watermelon, cut into chunks; 1/4 pineapple, cut into chunks; 2 bananas, cut into chunks; 2 kiwifruit, peeled and quartered; 12 bamboo skewers; Passionfruit dipping sauce; 1 cup vanilla yoghurt; 1/4 cup passionfruit pulp

1 punnet strawberries

1/2 rockmelon, peeled, seeded, cut into chunks

1/4 seedless watermelon, cut into chunks

1/4 pineapple, cut into chunks

2 bananas, cut into chunks

2 kiwifruit, peeled and quartered

12 bamboo skewers

Passionfruit dipping sauce

1 cup vanilla yoghurt

1/4 cup passionfruit pulp

Method

1.Thread fruit chunks alternately onto skewers. Set aside.

2.In a small jug, combine yoghurt and passionfruit. Drizzle over fruit kebabs to serve.
