Method
1.Freeze Snickers bars for 30 minutes until firm.
2.In a medium bowl, combine flour, soda water and salt until smooth.
3.In a large, heavy-based saucepan, heat oil until a little batter sizzles when added – around 160°C.
4.Coat Snickers in batter, draining off excess. Deep-fry in three batches for 1-2 minutes each, turning with a slotted spoon, until golden.
5.Drain on a paper towel, then dust with icing sugar and serve with scoops of ice cream.
