Method
1.In a medium heatproof bowl, combine chocolate and cream. Place over a pan of gently simmering water.
2.Heat, stirring, until smooth. Blend in liqueur. Transfer mixture to a fondue dish. Keep warm by lighting candle. Stir occasionally. Serve warm with strawberries.
Make sure the simmering water does not touch the base of the dish, as this could cause overcooking. Water splashes will cause the chocolate to “seize”.
