Method
1.Melt chocolate in a small heatproof bowl in a microwave on medium (50 per cent) power, in 30-second bursts, stirring until smooth.
2.Line an oven tray with baking paper. Using a fork, skewer each banana piece and dip edges into chocolate to coat. Shake off excess and roll gently in nuts.
3.Push off fork onto tray. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Freeze until firm (about 2 hours).
If you are new at dipping fruit, it’s a good idea to prepare a little more melted chocolate.
