Method

1.Place butter and vanilla seeds into a bowl and beat with electric beaters for a few minutes until creamy.
2.Gradually add icing sugar and brandy, beating well and scraping down the sides of the bowl between each addition, until smooth.
3.Cover and refrigerate until required. Serve with Christmas pudding.
