Bliss balls

These Amazeballs are a great afternoon pick-me-up.

Ingredients

Method

1.Put the dates (don’t forget to remove stones) and almonds into a food processor and grind until they are in small pieces, but not pulped.
2.Add the desiccated coconut, cinnamon and coconut milk, then pulse until the mix becomes sticky and pliable.
3.Roll mixture into small balls and coat in either grated chocolate or some more desiccated coconut – or both!
