Method

1.Preheat oven to moderate, 180°C (160°C fan forced). Place four 1-cup capacity ovenproof dishes in a large baking pan.
2.In a medium bowl, whisk milk, eggs, cream, sugar and vanilla together, until well combined.
3.Layer croissant quarters and blueberries Into dishes. Pour egg mixture over to cover. Set aside for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
4.Add enough boiling water to come halfway up the sides of the dishes. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until custards are just set. Serve warm or cold with vanilla yoghurt.

Makes 4 If liked, use canned fruit or fresh berries of choice. For Chocolate Fresh Toasts, use plain bread or fruit bread if preferred. Milk chocolate can be used in place of dark. Make sure the bread is well soaked in the egg mixture before cooking.
