Method

1.Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Process until smooth.
2.Pour into glasses or sealable containers to serve.

Pour smoothie into plastic cups or sealable mugs and take with you in the car. You can use any fruit juice, or replace raspberries with any berries that are in season or good value.
