Method

1.Place cream cheese, chives, dill, capers and lemon juice in bowl; stir well to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
2.Lay pikelets on board and divide cream cheese mixture evenly between them; spread mix to edges. Top each pikelet with some rocket and a piece of smoked salmon.
3.To serve, layer one pikelet on top of another. Repeat with remaining stacks so you end up with four. Top with dill tips and cracked pepper; serve with lemon wedges.
