Method
1.Preheat oven to 160°C (140°C fan-forced). Place plums and cherries in a 2-litre (8-cup) ovenproof dish. Place on a baking tray.
2.Whisk 1 tablespoon of the honey and 2 tablespoons reserved cherry juice in a bowl. Pour honey mixture over plum mixture. Stir to combine.
3.Combine muesli and flour in a bowl. Place butter and remaining honey in a heatproof jug. Microwave on high in 30-second bursts, or until melted and combined. Pour over muesli mixture, stir to combine. Sprinkle over plum mixture. Bake 30 minutes, or until golden. Stand 5 minutes. Serve with honey yoghurt.
You could use traditional rolled oats instead of muesli. You could use canned apricot or pear halves instead of plums.
