1.Preheat oven to 220°C. Lightly grease and line an oven tray with baking paper. Arrange mushrooms on tray.
2.In a bowl, mix cream cheese, ham and onion flakes together. Divide between mushrooms.
3.Melt butter in large frying pan on medium. Add breadcrumbs and garlic. Sauté for 3-4 minutes, until crisp. Transfer to a small bowl and cool for 10 minutes. Add cheeses and parsley, mixing well.
4.Sprinkle mushrooms evenly with crumb mixture. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until golden. Serve with salad.
