Method
1.In a large frying pan, heat oil and butter on medium heat; saute onion for about 10-15 minutes, or until onions are soft and slightly golden. Stir in sugar and vinegar. Set aside.
2.In a heated, non-stick frying pan, fry prosciutto for about 1-2 minutes each side, or until crisp; remove from pan. Break up into pieces.
3.Top bread with onion, prosciutto and feta before serving.
