Bircher muesli

Bircher muesli is a brilliant make-ahead breakfast, and great for anyone who wishes they had more time in the morning - all the hard work can be done the night before.

Ingredients

Method

1.Combine oats and milk in a medium bowl. Cover with plastic food wrap; chill overnight to soak.
2.Stir in yoghurt, almonds, apricots sunflower seeds, coconut and apple.
3.Spoon into serving bowls; sprinkle with raspberries. Serve drizzled with honey.

Serve muesli with extra yoghurt, if you like. You can use low-fat soy milk or rice milk.
