Bircher muesli

Bircher for breakfast is fantastic. It's filling, delicious and easy. Make a big batch of dry ingredients, then prepare single serves the night before for a fast breakfast the next day.

Method

1.Place oats and apple juice in a large bowl. Mix well. Cover and chill for 1 hour.
2.Add all other ingredients to mixture.
3.Divide muesli among serving bowls. Top with extra berries and drizzle with extra honey.

This stores well overnight in an airtight container in the fridge.
