Ingredients

Method

1.Soak noodles in boiling water in a large heatproof bowl for 5 minutes, stirring to separate strands. Drain. Whisk teriyaki sauce and sugar in a small bowl.
2.Heat a wok or large frying pan over high heat. Add oil; swirl to coat. Stir-fry garlic, ginger and mince, breaking up lumps, for 3 minutes or until well browned. Add carrot and capsicum; stir-fry for 1 minute. Add bok choy; stir-fry for 1-2 minutes more or until wilted.
3.Add noodles and teriyaki mixture to wok. Stir-fry for 1 minute or until hot. Season with salt.
4.Spoon into bowls; sprinkle with onion and sesame seeds. Serve at once.
