Method

1.Heat oil in a saucepan on medium.
2.Cook garlic and onion, stirring, 5 minutes, or until onion has softened.
3.Stir in anchovy and rosemary. Cover and reduce heat to low; cook 20 minutes, or until onion and garlic are very soft. Season to taste.
4.Meanwhile, preheat a char-grill on high. Toast sourdough slices 1-2 minutes each side, until golden. Spoon over onion and garlic mixture; serve.
