Ingredients
½ cup plain flour
90g chilled butter, chopped
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup rolled oats
¼ cup shredded coconut
¼ chopped walnuts
½ tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180C.
Sift flour into a large bowl. Add butter and rub it in using fingertips until mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
Mix together and spread on a lined oven tray.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Allow to cool. Break up mixture a little with a spoon and place in an airtight container.
Sprinkle it over ice cream, stewed fruit or breakfast.
