Ingredients

Passionfruit and pineapple spritzer
  • 340 gram canned passionfruit pulp in syrup
  • 1 litre (4 cups) chilled pineapple juice
  • 3 cup chilled sparkling mineral water
  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped fresh mint

Method

Passionfruit and pineapple spritzer

    Combine passionfruit, pineapple, mineral water and chopped mint in a large jug. Pour into 8 serving glasses. Serve with ice.

Notes

For an alcoholic version, use sparkling white wine instead of the mineral water.
