Passionfruit and pineapple spritzer
- 340 gram canned passionfruit pulp in syrup
- 1 litre (4 cups) chilled pineapple juice
- 3 cup chilled sparkling mineral water
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped fresh mint
Method
Passionfruit and pineapple spritzer
- 1Combine passionfruit, pineapple, mineral water and chopped mint in a large jug. Pour into 8 serving glasses. Serve with ice.
Notes
For an alcoholic version, use sparkling white wine instead of the mineral water.
