Tuna and beetroot dip with pita chips

This homemade dip makes a great healthy snack, or to take with you to your next bring-a-plate social occasion. It is so quick and easy to make that even the children can help.

Method

1.Place beetroot, cream cheese and garlic in a food processor or blender. Process until smooth. Stir through tuna and chives.
2.Break toasted pita bread into pieces and serve with dip.

MAKES ABOUT 2 CUPS This dip will keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
