Triple chocolate
1.Heat the cream in a small saucepan. When it begins to tremble, take it off the heat. Add the chocolate chunks and cover with a tea towel.
2.Add the milk, cocoa and brown sugar (to taste) to your blender, then combine until smooth and frothy.
3.Whisk the chocolate and cream together until smooth. Add this to the milk mixture, reserving a small amount to drizzle on top. Blend briefly.
4.Pour into glasses. Top with crumbled brownie and whipped cream.
