1.Combine coriander with 1 cup of the yoghurt in medium bowl; season.
2.Combine remaining yoghurt, paste and fish in shallow bowl; season.
3.Cook fish on heated oiled grill plate (or grill or barbecue) until cooked as desired.
4.Serve fish with coriander yoghurt.
We used flathead in this recipe, but any white fish fillet will do.
Note
