Tandoori fish

Tandoori is a classic Indian spice and yoghurt recipe with a distinctive and robust flavour. The name comes from the type of clay oven, a tandoor, in which the dish is traditionally prepared. You can prepare your own tandoori, but if you're short on time, the store bought versions are excellent.

Ingredients

Method

1.Combine coriander with 1 cup of the yoghurt in medium bowl; season.
2.Combine remaining yoghurt, paste and fish in shallow bowl; season.
3.Cook fish on heated oiled grill plate (or grill or barbecue) until cooked as desired.
4.Serve fish with coriander yoghurt.

We used flathead in this recipe, but any white fish fillet will do.
