Sticky chicken wings

Who could resist a bowl of Asian-style sticky wings? Great for the barbecue, kids’ parties… any occasion, really.

Method

1.Mix all the sauce ingredients together in a large bowl, add the chicken and mix well. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes, or overnight.
2.Preheat oven to 200°C.
3.Put chicken in a roasting pan and cook in the oven for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 180°C and cook for a further 10–20 minutes or until cooked through, stirring frequently to prevent wing tips burning.
4.Serve garnished with black sesame seeds and chopped coriander, if using.
