Method
1.In a large bowl, combine the red cabbage, apple and radish (reserve 6 radish slices).
2.In a bowl, combine the oil, vinegar, brown sugar and spice, then season and mix well. Add the quartered beets and toss to coat evenly.
3.Pour beetroot mixture into cabbage mixture, tossing to combine, then leave to infuse for 5 minutes.
4.Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with remaining radish, basil and almonds.
