Method
1.Preheat oven to hot, 200°C.
2.Cut pastry into rounds using a 7.5cm cutter. Line 24 shallow patty pan recesses with pastry.
3.In a bowl, combine onion, bacon and cheese. Sprinkle even amounts into each pastry case.
4.n a jug, whisk eggs, milk and cream together. Season to taste. Pour mixture evenly among cases.
5.Bake 15-20 minutes, until filling is set and pastry is golden. Cool 5 minutes before removing from pans. Serve with salad or as finger food.
