Method
1.Melt butter in a frying pan on medium heat. Saute onion with cumin for 3-5 minutes, until tender but not coloured
2.Stir through peas and stock. Cook for 3-5 minutes, until heated through. Season to taste.
3.Place in a food processor and process until almost smooth. Serve as a meal accompaniment or snack.
20g butter equals 2 tablespoons. Pea puree may be served as a dip with vegetables and crackers.
