1.Blend or process onion, garlic, tomatoes, paste and chilli until mixture forms a paste.
2.Heat large frying pan; cook tomato mixture, stirring, 5 minutes. Stir in stock, bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer sauce, uncovered, about 10 minutes or until thickened slightly.
3.Meanwhile, cook pasta in large saucepan of boiling water, uncovered,until just tender; drain.
4.Gently toss pasta through sauce; sprinkle with parsley.
