Method
1.To make the salsa, combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
2.Combine oil and cayenne pepper in a large bowl. Add fish, season to taste and toss to coat.
3.Heat a frying pan on high. Cook fish 2-3 minutes each side until golden and flesh flakes easily when tested with a fork.
4.Serve fish on a bed of noodles topped with salsa.
