Method

1.Place olives, tomatoes, garlic and capers in a food processor and process until finely chopped. Add vinegar and process for another few seconds.
2.With motor running, add oil in a slow, steady stream and process until smooth. Season to taste with freshly ground black pepper. Serve with Lavash or crackers.
