1.In a saucepan on medium heat, combine vinegar, sugar and water. Bring to the boil and simmer for 2 minutes. Stir in mint leaves. Serve warm or cold (store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator).
2.Serve Mint Sauce as a dressing for roast lamb and other lamb dishes.
