Method

1.Using hand, combine mince, paprika, egg, half of the onion and 1 tablespoon of the paste in medium bowl. Roll level tablespoons of mixture into balls.
2.Heat oil in large saucepan; cook meatballs, in batches, until browned. Cook garlic and remaining onion in same pan, stirring, until onion softens. Add carrot and celery; cook, stirring, until vegetables are just tender.
3.Add remaining paste to pan; cook, stirring, 1 minute. Add undrained tomatoes, stock and the water; bring to the boil.
4.Add zucchini, beans, risoni and meatballs; return to the boil. Reduce heat; simmer, covered, about 15 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through.
