1.Heat oil in a large frying pan on medium. Saut‚ onion and garlic for 2 minutes, until onion is tender.
2.Add mince and brown for 3 minutes, breaking up lumps as it cooks.
3.Stir in beans, wine and tomato and season to taste. Simmer gently, stirring, for 5-10 minutes (adding a little water as required). Serve with boiled rice and top with a little sour cream.
If desired, top with a salsa of chopped tomato, avocado, chives and a squeeze of lemon.
Note
