Ingredients

Method

1.Heat oven to 200°C. Place pita rounds on two oven trays and spread with pasta sauce, leaving the edges free of topping. Scatter with tuna, shrimps, anchovies and capers. Season with pepper to taste.
2.Bake for 20 to 35 minutes, or until topping is bubbling hot and pizza crust is golden brown. Scatter rocket over hot pizzas to just wilt and serve immediately.

Highly flavoured toppings such as salami, tuna, anchovies, capers, sun-dried tomatoes and olives mean the addition of cheese is not necessary for this recipe, and the pizzas are low-fat and healthy as well as tasty.
