Method
1.Cook lamb in heated oiled large frying pan until cooked as desired.
2.Meanwhile, grate 1 teaspoon rind from orange. Squeeze â…“ cup juice from orange.
3.Combine rind, juice, jelly and vinegar in medium saucepan, stir over heat until jelly melts. Bring to the boil, reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, until sauce thickens slightly.
4.Serve lamb with citrus sauce.
