Fragrant and creamy green chicken curry recipe by Woman�s Day. This dish is packed full of flavour and warmth that is sure to impress family and friends on those cold winter nights.
1.Heat oil in a saucepan on medium. Saute onion for 3-4 minutes, until tender. Add curry paste and cook, stirring, for 1 minute until fragrant.
2.Stir in coconut milk, water, fish sauce and sugar. Bring to boil on high, stirring. Add potato and beans. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes, until potato is tender.
3.Remove from heat. Stir chicken and lime through. Simmer for 1-2 minutes until heated through. Serve with basmati rice. Top with coriander.
