Method
1.Plunge beans into a large pot of salted, boiling water. Cook on medium for 3-5 minutes, until bright green and just tender. Drain and refresh under cold water.
2.Heat oil and garlic in same pan on low for 2-3 minutes, stirring until garlic is fragrant but not coloured. Toss through beans to coat. Serve.
Cooking time for beans can be changed, depending on preference.
