Method

1.Place the cream cheese, goats’ cheese, garlic and half the lemon zest in a food processor and blend well. Shape the mixture into a log.
2.Combine the remaining lemon zest, chopped herbs and crushed peppercorns on a board and roll the log in the mixture. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for 1 hour before serving on a platter with crudités.
