Curried egg filling

Ham, cheese and pineapple filling

Method

Curried egg filling

1.Use a mini food processor to mix the egg, parsley, mayonnaise and curry powder to a paste, or mash together well with a fork.
2.Spread the egg mixture onto one piece of sandwich bread and top with a thin layer of sprouts.
3.Spread the remaining piece of bread with the extra mayonnaise and place the slice on top of the sprouts. Remove the crusts from the bread and slice the sandwich into three pieces.

Creamy chicken filling

4.Finely chop the chicken, celery and almonds.
5.Combine all the chopped ingredients with the mayonnaise and spread the mixture onto one piece of sandwich bread.
6.Top with the remaining piece of bread. Remove the crusts from the bread and slice the sandwich into 3 pieces.

Ham, cheese and pineapple filling

7.Spread one piece of sandwich bread with margarine and top with the ham.
8.Mix the grated cheese and pineapple together and spread onto the remaining piece of bread. Place the bread slice spread with the cheese mixture on top of the slice with the ham.
9.Remove the crusts from the bread and slice the sandwich into 3 pieces.
