Method
1.Combine garlic, juice, cumin, oil and beef in large bowl, cover; refrigerate.
2.To make guacamole, combine ingredients in small bowl. To make salsa cruda, combine ingredients in small bowl.
3.Cook beef, in batches, in heated oiled large frying pan until cooked as desired. Remove from pan; cover to keep warm.
4.Cook capsicum and onion in same pan until softened. Return beef to pan; stir until heated through.
5.Meanwhile, warm tortillas according to manufacturer’s instructions.
6.Divide beef mixture among serving plates; serve with tortillas, guacamole and salsa.
