Method
1.Place whole potatoes in a large saucepan and add water to cover. Bring to boil and cook for 20 minutes until tender but still firm. When cooled, peel and cut into 1cm cubes.
2.Heat oil and butter in a large saucepan on medium, until butter melts. Add cumin and ground coriander. Stir for 30 seconds, until fragrant. Reduce heat and add turmeric and garlic. Stir for 1 minute. Toss through potato and coriander.
3.Drizzle with lemon juice and serve with lemon wedges.
