Method
1.In a wok or large frying pan, heat oil on high. Stir-fry pork for 1-2 minutes until well browned. Remove from pan.
2.Add prawns to same wok and stir-fryfor 1-2 minutes until they change colour completely. Remove from pan.
3.In same wok, stir-fry onion for 1 minute. Add curry paste and stir-fry for a further1 minute until fragrant. Toss vegetables, sauce and sherry through. Stir-fry for1 minute.
4.Return pork and prawns to wok with noodles. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes to heat through. Serve straightaway toppedwith chilli.
