Method
1.Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan on high. Add sambal oelek and garlic. Cook 1 minute, until fragrant.
2.Add chicken. Stir-fry 5 minutes, until cooked through. Add asparagus, corn and kecap manis. Stir-fry 3 minutes, until vegetables are tender. Remove from heat. Toss through basil leaves. Serve with steamed rice and lemon wedge.
Green beans can be substituted for asparagus, if desired.
