1.Arrange truss and orange tomato slices with bocconcini around edge of a serving plate. Arrange grape and cherry tomatoes in centre. Season to taste.
2.Drizzle with vinegar and oil and scatter with basil to serve.
For this simple salad, high quality ingredients are essential. You need ripe, tasty tomatoes and a good quality extra virgin olive oil. We chose a selection of different coloured and sized tomatoes, but you can vary this depending on what’s available.
