Method
1.Heat oil in a large frying pan on high. Add beef and cook, stirring frequently, for 5 minutes, until starting to brown. Stir in onions and carrot, and cook for 2 minutes.
2.Reduce heat to medium and add tomatoes, bourguignon seasoning, mushrooms and water. Cook, covered, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes, until meat is very tender. Serve with mashed potato and sprinkled with parsley.
